આ પૂરેપૂરી ગુજરાતી ફિલ્મ જ છે. ફિલ્મ ૨૦૦૫ માં રીલીઝ થયેલી. કોઈ પણ મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ થીયેટરમાં આવી હોય એવી એ પ્રથમ ગુજરાતી ફિલ્મ હતી. આ ફિલ્મને વર્ષ ૨૦૦૫-૨૦૦૬ માં ગુજરાત સરકાર તરફથી નીચે મુજબ ૧૧ પુરસ્કાર મળેલા.
